These terms cover ordering from Sun City Birria online, our rewards program, and our text messages. Sun City Birria is a family owned restaurant at 7246 N Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas, reachable at (915) 259-8230.
Ordering
- Prices and availability come from our register and can change. What you are shown at checkout is what you are charged.
- An order is accepted once payment goes through. We will contact you if something you ordered has run out.
- Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Kitchens get busy and traffic happens.
- Card payments are processed by Square. We never see your full card number.
Pickup and delivery
- Pickup orders are held at 7246 N Loop Dr for the person named on the order.
- Delivery is carried out by Uber Direct within their service area, and requires a minimum order shown at checkout. The delivery fee is quoted for your address before you pay.
- Delivery is same day and as soon as the food is ready. To order ahead, choose pickup.
- Please give an address a driver can reach. We cannot refund an order delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
Cancellations and refunds
Call us at (915) 259-8230 as soon as possible if something is wrong with your order or you need to cancel. If the kitchen has not started your food we can usually cancel it. If something is wrong with what you received, tell us and we will make it right.
Rewards program
- Your phone number is your rewards card. Points are earned on what you spend and can be traded for the rewards shown at checkout.
- Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
- To see or spend points online, you may be asked to confirm a six-digit code we text to your number, so that nobody else can use your points.
- We may change or end the program. Points already earned will be honored for a reasonable time after any such notice.
Discount codes
Codes may be limited to a number of uses, to one use per person, or to a minimum order, and may expire. Only one code applies per order.
Text messages
Program: Sun City Birria order updates and, separately, offers and restaurant news.
How to join: Order updates are sent to the number you give when you place an order. Offers are sent only if you check the optional box at checkout that says: "Text me deals and news from Sun City Birria. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out." That box is never checked for you and is never required in order to order.
How to leave: Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call (915) 259-8230.
- Message frequency varies. Order messages arrive only when you order. Offer messages are occasional.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Messages are sent from (915) 465-3683.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your number. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, to order on somebody else's behalf without their say-so, or to abuse discount codes or the rewards program. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe is fraudulent.
Our menu and photos
The recipes, name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Sun City Birria. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Limits
We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we cannot promise it is error free or always available. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Texas or federal law, including for food safety.
Allergies: our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them. Please call us before ordering if you have a serious allergy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs to the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
Changes
If these terms change we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
