Text Message Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the Sun City Birria text messaging program. Sun City Birria is a family owned restaurant at 7246 N Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas. We send text messages from (915) 465-3683. This page explains exactly what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop, and it is the same wording you agree to when you order on suncitybirria.com/order.php.
Sun City Birria is the trading name of Sun City Birria LLC, the business registered for this messaging program. Both names mean us.
What we send
There are two kinds, and they are separate. Agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other.
- About your order. One message after you pay, with when the food will
be ready, when a delivery should arrive, what we charged, and links to track the
delivery and to your receipt. These are sent only when you place an order, and only
to the number you gave for that order.
Example: "Sun City Birria: thanks Erick. Order ready about 6:40 PM. We charged $28.14. Receipt: sqr.co/xxxx" - Offers and news. Only if you tick the optional box described below.
Specials, holiday hours, and the occasional deal. Not more than a few a month.
Example: "Sun City Birria: birria ramen is back this weekend. Reply STOP to opt out."
How you join
Order messages: sent to the phone number you type in when you place an order at suncitybirria.com/order.php.
Offers and news: there is a checkbox on that same checkout page. It is never ticked for you, and ticking it is never required in order to place an order. The box reads, word for word:
Text me deals and news from Sun City Birria. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out.
The same checkbox, with the same words, also appears at the bottom of our rewards page.
How often
Message frequency varies. Order messages arrive only when you order, one per order. Offer messages are occasional, and never more than a few in a month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge anything for the messages themselves. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation that you have been removed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (915) 259-8230.
Your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You give this consent directly to Sun City Birria, for Sun City Birria's own messages only. We do not sell your phone number, we run no affiliate marketing, and we send nothing on behalf of anybody else.
