Our Story

Family Owned, El Paso Proud

Sun City Birria opened on North Loop in July 2025, but the idea took shape long before the doors did. We’re a small local family, born and raised here in El Paso, with years of restaurant management behind us, and we set out to build something of our own: a place where the food is worth the drive and the welcome is worth remembering.

That focus hasn’t changed since day one. Every plate that leaves our kitchen is held to the standard we’d want at our own table, and every guest who walks through the door gets treated like family. It’s a simple way to run a restaurant, and it’s the only way we know how.

  • Taco packs in 12, 20 and 50. Need more than 50 tacos? We do custom orders as well, just ask.
